These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of risenmen.com (the "Website"), including any content, features, services, event registrations, communications, donations, merchandise purchases, and other services made available through the Website.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.

1. About Risen
Risen Inc. is a Wisconsin nonprofit organization recognized as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization.

Risen exists to love God, love people, and make disciples. The Website provides information and resources related to Risen Men, its ministry activities, events, volunteer opportunities, community activities, donations, merchandise, and other ministry-related activities.

Risen is a Christian ministry. Nothing on the Website is intended to replace professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

2. Eligibility and Use of the Website
The Website is intended for a general audience, although many Risen Men activities are primarily designed for adults.
Individuals under the age of 18 may access portions of the Website and may participate in Risen activities when permitted by Risen and when appropriate parental or guardian permission has been obtained.

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms.

• Use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes;

The Website may contain written materials, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, artwork, Scripture references, testimonials, ministry resources, event information, and other content ("Content").

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and current information, but we do not guarantee that all Content will always be complete, accurate, current, or error-free.

Risen may change, update, remove, or discontinue Website Content or features at any time without notice.

4. Christian and Ministry Content
The Website may contain biblical teaching, Christian encouragement, personal testimonies, prayer-related material, ministry recommendations, and other faith-based content.

Such Content reflects the ministry and religious perspective of Risen and is provided for informational, educational, and spiritual encouragement purposes. It is not intended to constitute professional advice or establish a professional relationship of any kind.

Any decisions you make based on information obtained through the Website remain your responsibility.

5. Events and Activities
Risen may provide information about meetings, events, volunteer opportunities, community activities, and other ministry activities through the Website.
Event dates, times, locations, eligibility requirements, and other details may change. Risen reserves the right to cancel, modify, postpone, relocate, or otherwise change an event when circumstances require it.

Participation in Risen activities is voluntary. Participants are responsible for acting safely and appropriately and for following reasonable instructions provided by Risen and its representatives.

Risen activities and events may be photographed, recorded, or otherwise documented.

By attending or participating in a Risen event or activity, you acknowledge that photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, and other media may be taken in connection with the event.

To the extent permitted by law, you grant Risen Inc. and its authorized representatives permission to use photographs, videos, recordings, and other media containing your likeness, voice, image, or participation for legitimate ministry, charitable, educational, promotional, fundraising, social media, website, advertising, and communications purposes without compensation.

Risen will make reasonable efforts to honor specific requests regarding removal or non-use of an individual's image when practicable.
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for determining whether minors in their care may participate in activities where photography or recording may occur.

7. User-Submitted Content
The Website may allow users to submit information, testimonials, comments, prayer requests, photographs, stories, or other materials ("User Content").
By submitting User Content, you represent that you have the right to provide that material and that its submission does not violate the rights of another person.

You grant Risen a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to use, reproduce, display, distribute, modify, and publish User Content for legitimate ministry, charitable, educational, promotional, fundraising, and communications purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Risen reserves the right, but not the obligation, to remove User Content that we believe is inappropriate, unlawful, offensive, misleading, or inconsistent with the mission of Risen.

8. Merchandise
Risen may offer merchandise for purchase through the Website.

Product descriptions, photographs, prices, availability, and other information may change without notice.

All merchandise purchases are subject to availability and any additional terms presented during checkout.

Shipping and billing information may be collected as necessary to process an order. Risen does not store or maintain customers' payment-card or other payment credentials. Payment processing is handled by an independent third-party payment processor through Wix.

Risen is not responsible for delays, errors, or interruptions caused by third-party payment processors, shipping providers, or other service providers.

9. Donations
Risen accepts charitable donations through the Website.

Online donations are processed through third-party payment services associated with Wix. Risen does not store or maintain donors' payment-card information.

Donation transactions may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the applicable payment processor.

Unless otherwise required by law, donations are generally considered voluntary charitable contributions and are not purchases of goods or services.

10. Text Messaging and Mobile Communications
Risen may offer members the opportunity to voluntarily receive text messages relating to Risen Men.

Text messaging is intended for Risen Men members and individuals who have specifically opted in to receive Risen text messages.

Messages may include ministry-related and informational communications such as:

• Meeting and event reminders;

• Schedule changes;

• Volunteer coordination;

• Risen Men announcements;

• Ministry updates;

• Fundraising or donation information;

• Promotional information relating to Risen activities or merchandise;

• Prayer and ministry communications; and

• Emergency, weather, cancellation, or other time-sensitive notices.

 

Risen's text messages are intended to be informational and ministry-related. Message frequency may vary depending on Risen activities and communications needs.

By voluntarily checking the SMS consent box and submitting your phone number through an applicable Website form, you consent to receive text messages from Risen at the telephone number you provide.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing merchandise, making a donation, registering for an event, participating in Risen activities, or using the Website.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to a Risen text message. You may also contact Risen at connect@risenmen.com to request that your number no longer be used for Risen text communications.

For assistance, you may reply HELP to a Risen text message or contact connect@risenmen.com.

After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message related to your opt-out request. You will not receive further Risen text messages unless you subsequently provide valid consent.

Risen does not sell or provide your phone number to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

11. Email and Other Communications
When you provide your email address or other contact information to Risen, we may use that information to respond to inquiries, provide requested information, communicate about Risen activities, administer events or volunteer opportunities, process transactions, and otherwise communicate with you regarding your relationship with Risen.

You may request that Risen stop sending non-essential communications by contacting connect@risenmen.com.

12. Third-Party Services and Links
The Website may use or link to third-party websites, applications, services, payment processors, social media platforms, analytics services, advertising services, and other third-party resources.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Risen does not control and is not responsible for the practices, content, availability, security, or policies of third-party services.

Your use of third-party services is subject to the terms established by those third parties.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Website and its Content are owned by or licensed to Risen Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Risen may update these Terms from time to time.
